Nicholas is a Certified Public Accountant with over 16 years of experience in external and internal audit, tax advisory, risk management, and business advisory. He has led audit and finance functions across hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, transport, construction, FMCG, and financial services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from KCA University and is currently pursuing an MSc in Development Finance at Strathmore University.

Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya with over 16 years of combined experience in finance and external audit, having progressed from Audit Trainee to Audit Senior across various CPA firms. He specializes in financial reporting, audit, taxation, and management accounting, with extensive experience applying IFRS and ISAs to support quality financial reporting and audit engagements. He holds a Diploma in Tax Administration from the Kenya School of Revenue Administration (KESRA), is a Certified Forensic Fraud Examiner, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at KCA University.

Vincent is an accounting and finance professional with over six years of experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, grant management, payroll administration, and business advisory. He has supported organizations across the manufacturing, retail, NGO, and professional services sectors in financial management, ERP implementation, statutory compliance, and operational efficiency. He is a CPA and is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at KCA University.
